Why Is Israel Facing Criticism?
The Israel Palestine war started since most Palestinian’s wanted to create a state of their own which would be independent from Israel’s control in the Gaza strip. However, the Israeli government refused to fulfill such demands.
The result was a rocket launch by the Hamas terrorist group which led to more rocket launches and also attacks on the ground by Israel and the terrorist group. The Hamas terrorists had also brutally tortured many innocent Israeli civilians which only fueled the chaos.
However, the war has not stopped as of now. This has resulted in the killings of thousands of Palestinians and Israeli people. The UN government after seeing this has condemned Israel’s actions. The UN is stating that the country’s military policy almost seems like bullying in a far worse manner and is not doing any help to establish peace among the nations.
Although the UN has not said that Israel is wrong in not letting Palestine take full control over the Gaza strip, it has said that the nation must now immediately stop the violence it is causing in this region.
Several nations including the USA, the UK and European Union member countries have also agreed with the fact that Israel is going too far. All of these nations are stating that Israel should not take any drastic step like using a nuke which might lead to them attacking the country in response.
What Is Going to Happen in The Israel Palestine Conflict?
The criticism of the UN seems to have fallen on deaf ears. This is because the Israel Palestine war has not stopped. In fact, Israel has taken an oath to find and kill every single Hamas terrorist even if it means blowing up the entire Gaza strip. Hundreds of people are dying as a result of this war and this is only leading to nothing good.
It is not sure as to whether other nations will join either side as well. In fact, the UN is finding it hard to manage both the Russia-Ukraine and Israel-Palestine conflicts due to most leaders of these nations ignoring their words.
The UN itself is supporting the UNRWA which is alleged to have ties to Hamas and other terrorist organizations. This shows that the future of international relations is itself quite bleak. This is of course because supporting the wrong people will only lead to bad results. And this can be nightmarish in the case of the Israel Palestine conflict.
