Kimmel said, “The baby’s name is Patti and she is very healthy”. Her middle name is Joan , which is also Kimmel’s mother’s name. He also recalled that there was an “army of family” at the hospital where she was born. The late-night host also apologized to the people who were supposed to be in the studio audience during his cancelled May 19 show.
He also apologized to Seth Rogen who was supposed to be at the show and was scheduled to be the guest. Kimmel joked that “Luckily he was too high when I called him”. It is no doubt a joyful moment for Kimmel at this point of time.

Katie Kimmel was born on August 21, 1991, in Tampa, Florida, when Kimmel was just 24 years old. He said, “ I have to figure out something weird to teach my grandkid.” Kimmel also reflected on how it’s “ kind of scary to bring a child into this world” today.
He further added “These kids have to worry about the climate going on fire, MAGA, AI,” he said. “You know what we had to worry about? The most dangerous scenarios the future held when I was a kid (were) quicksand, the Bermuda Triangle and killer bees”.
